| In Stock Merchandise that has not been used may be returned within 30 days of invoice. Goods must be returned in the original carton with a Return authorization number to insure proper handling of the credit. |

Please prepay the freight, we do not accept C.O.D. returns
Special order items, custom manufactured items, made to order merchandise, logo's merchandise, used merchandise, and merchandise designated as "final sale" or "as is" merchandise are not returnable
TriMark SS Kemp requires a return authorization for all merchandise returned. This includes stock merchandise, and manufacturer defective merchandise. Special order merchandise is not returnable

| Backorder Policy |
| In the event of a backorder situation TriMark SS Kemp, unless instructed otherwise, will ship the available quantity and backorder the balance. The balance will ship as soon as stock becomes available. |
