| A scatter-system servery replaces the former straight-line system. To cater to the physically challenged, serving areas slope forward, tray rails are lower and the salad bar incorporates "lazy susan's" for maximum reach ability. Kitchen pass-throughs and rear loading holding equipment allows staff to restock serving stations without obstructing customer traffic. A simple, yet clean, appearance is achieved with ceramic wall and floor tiling, Corian countertops and shelf cladding, incandescent lighting and laminate counter fascias. The staff appreciates the durability and ease of maintenance. |
