| TriMark SS Kemp's project designers replaced a worn out and dated cafeteria with an asthetically pleasing and functional environment. The servery renovation utilized the scatter-style system along with self-service stations to move patrons through quickly and increase menu offerings. Therefore, sales inclined as a result. |

| Increasing seating capacity and flexibility in the dining room was critical to the design of the cafeteria. The use of upscale furniture, mixture of incandescent and fluorescent lighting and warm tone selections in the surface finishes created a friendlier and relaxing dining room. |
