| Curved features integrating finishes, fixtures and signage create a functional and asthetically pleasing space. Allocations were made in the design process to accommodate the expansive menu items in the restrictive space. Display cases and a "made to order" work area overcame a limited size storefront to merchandise food and beverages. The ever-present sight, sound and aroma of freshly brewed coffee are key to the merchandising strategy. |
